Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 29, 2026
These Terms govern the use of the C&R · Astrai platform (hereinafter, “the Platform” or “the Service”), a software tool for content management agencies (OFM) that offers AI-assisted content generation, team management, and a knowledge library. By creating an account or using the Platform, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an agency or organization, you declare that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Description of the Service
The Platform is an internal and private tool for agencies and their teams (creative assistants, marketers, and administrators). It lets you generate content drafts using AI, organize creator profiles, manage members and permissions, and store reference materials in a library. Content is generated for planning and internal use between the agency and the creator; you decide what is published and where.
3. Eligibility and age of majority
The Service is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. All content managed or generated must refer solely to adults who have given their consent. It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform in connection with minors or persons who appear to be minors, or with any non-consensual material.
4. Accounts, access, and security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out under your account. Roles and permissions (owner, admin, member) determine what each member can do within the agency. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts in the event of misuse or a security risk.
5. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to use the Platform for:
- Content involving minors, the appearance of minors, or a lack of consent.
- Illegal activities, fraud, identity theft, or harassment.
- Uploading material over which you have no rights or authorization.
- Breaching the security of the Platform, other agencies, or their data.
- Reselling, redistributing, or granting access to the Service to unauthorized third parties.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of the third-party platforms (OnlyFans, Fansly, social networks, etc.) where you publish. The Platform is a support tool; the final use of the content is yours.
6. Agency content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content and materials that you and your agency upload or create on the Platform (“Agency Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to host, process, and display such content for the purpose of operating the Service, and for the AI improvement uses described in section 7 and in the Privacy Policy.
7. Data, knowledge library, and artificial intelligence
So that the AI is useful even when an agency does not yet have its own materials, Astrai maintains a knowledge bank made up of templates, writing styles, marketing best practices, and reference materials. This bank is built continuously from the documents and interactions of the agencies and is made available to the AI in a filtered manner to improve the quality of generations for all agencies.
Our commitment to your data:
- We do not sell your information or that of your creators to third parties, nor to any company other than Astrai.
- The information collected is used solely to operate and improve the Service and the AI (internal research and development).
- No agency obtains physical or direct access to another agency’s raw data: the knowledge is leveraged in a filtered and aggregated way through the AI, never as an export of one client’s data to another.
- The sensitive data of the models is not exposed to sales or to third parties.
The details of what we collect, what for, and how we protect it are in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI-generated content
AI-generated content is a draft and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or material that does not fit your goals or the rules of the platforms where you publish. You must review and edit it before any use. Astrai does not guarantee specific results and is not responsible for the use you make of the generated content.
9. Astrai intellectual property
The Platform, its software, design, brand (“C&R”, “Astrai”), and the aggregated knowledge bank are the property of Astrai and are protected by intellectual property laws. You acquire no rights over the Platform beyond the usage license we grant you while your account is active.
10. Plans and payments
If the Service offers paid plans or subscriptions, the price, billing, and renewal conditions will be communicated at the time of purchase. Amounts already paid are non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
11. Availability and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to keep it operational and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astrai will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, pose a legal or security risk, or use the Platform for the purposes prohibited in section 5. After termination, you may request the deletion of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect improvements to the Service or legal changes. If the change is significant, we will notify you by reasonable means. Continued use after the update implies acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the law applicable in the jurisdiction where Astrai is based. For any questions about these Terms, write to us at [email protected].
