Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 29, 2026
At C&R · Astrai we take the information you entrust to us seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for, and, above all, what we do NOT do with it. Read it together with our Terms and Conditions.
1. Who we are
Astrai is the company responsible for processing the data on the C&R · Astrai Platform. We operate a service for content management agencies (OFM) that includes AI content generation, team management, and a knowledge library.
2. What information we collect
- Account data: name, email, agency, role, and access credentials.
- Materials you upload: documents, guides, templates, creator profiles, reference images, and other content from your library.
- Generations and interactions: the prompts you give the AI, the generated content, and your feedback (👍/👎) on the results.
- Usage data: activity logs needed to operate the service and maintain security.
3. What we use the information for
- To provide and operate the Service (generate content, manage your team and library).
- To improve the artificial intelligence and the quality of generations, through internal research and development.
- To feed Astrai’s knowledge bank (see section 4) in a filtered manner, so that the AI is useful for all agencies.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Astrai’s knowledge bank
The Platform’s greatest value is its knowledge library: a growing base of templates, writing styles, marketing best practices, and reference materials. As new documents are incorporated, the AI is continuously nourished. Thanks to this, the AI can help an agency even if it does not yet have its own materials loaded: Astrai contributes this knowledge, in a filtered manner, directly to the AI of all agencies.
How we protect this (the important part):
- We do not sell your information or that of your creators. Ever. Not to third parties, not to other companies, not to any company other than Astrai.
- The information is used only for research purposes and to improve the Service and the AI. Not for advertising or for the sale of data.
- The knowledge is leveraged in a filtered and aggregated way: no agency obtains physical or direct access to another agency’s raw data. The advantage is transmitted through the AI, not as a copy of one client’s data to another.
- The sensitive data of the models is not exposed to third-party sales or to any other company.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell data. We only share information with technology providers necessary to operate the Service (for example, hosting, database, and the AI model providers that process the requests), and only to the extent essential to provide the service and under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. How we protect data
We apply reasonable security measures: data isolation per agency through row-level access control (RLS), encryption in transit, and access restricted by roles and permissions. Each agency can only see its own data within the Platform.
7. Data retention
We retain information while your account is active and for as long as necessary for the purposes described or to comply with legal obligations. You can request the deletion of your data when you stop using the Service.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, as well as to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us at [email protected].
9. Adult content and age of majority
The Service is intended for persons over 18 years of age and for handling content exclusively of consenting adults. We do not process data of minors nor allow content that involves them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect improvements to the Service or legal changes. If the change is significant, we will notify you by reasonable means.
